Yoga is a great anxiety cure that will help you break your body's habits. With meditation and yoga, you will surely find that your mind will experience a lot of relief from stress. Avoid or at least limit your consumption of alcohol as it is an intoxicant that stimulates your brain to be overactive.
A good night's sleep is the best anxiety cure. Make it a point to get at least 7 hours of sleep everyday. You should also maintain good family and work relationships by weeding out all the differences and negative feelings you have with your family members and colleagues. With this, you will find it easier to reduce anxiety levels in your body.
Managing your anger and practicing patience in your day to day situations will also work as effective anxiety cure. For many people, it is rather difficult to acquire patience. But you can start by making gradual effort to be more patient in your actions and thoughts.
